      人才资源作为乡村振兴的智力支撑,乡土人才队伍的建设有利于完善重庆市人才队伍体系,助推重庆市科教兴市和人才强市行动计划走深走实。目前重庆市各类乡土人才队伍还面临着结构不合理,分布不均衡的问题,因此本文探究产生问题的原因,并从搭建发展平台、精细教育培训、完善职称评定体系、加强保障激励以及乡土人才数据库的建立几个方面提出对策建议。乡土人才的培育和引进对于改善农业产业结构、推广农业技术、加快农村治理体系现代化有着重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Human resources as an intellectual support for rural revitalization, the construction of the rural talent team is conducive to the improvement of the Chongqing talent team system, and promote the Chongqing science and education city and the city's talent market action plan. However, all kinds of local talents in Chongqing still face the problem of unreasonable structure and uneven distribution. Therefore, this paper in order to find the reason and puts forward several aspects such as setting up development platform, education training, perfecting title evaluation system, strengthening guarantee incentives and establishing local talent database. The cultivation and introduction of rural talents is of great significance for improving the agricultural industrial structure, promoting agricultural technology, and accelerating the modernization of the rural governance system.
