      研究生学习投入是高等教育质量评估体系中的重要指标,体现了注重内涵式发展的要义。为了更为科学、准确地把握研究生学习投入的特点,本研究以量化研究的路径,按照规范的程序探索研究生学习投入的结构使用其进行大样本的实证分析。结果显示:研究生学习投入包括科研专注、知识拓展与实践、元认知监控、互动交流、情感投入和专业意志六个因素,其结构得到了很好的验证,具有较好的信、效度指标;我国研究生学习投入总体呈现中等水平,男生比女生更加积极,学习投入总体水平随着年级的升高逐渐上升;发表论文数目或专利数目越多的研究生学习投入更高;获得奖学金等级高的研究生学习投入相对更高。针对实证研究结果,对研究生学习投入提出了相应的具体建议。

      Postgraduates’ learning engagement is an important indicator in the quality evaluation system of higher education, which reflects the essence of focusing on connotative development. In order to grasp the characteristics of postgraduates’ learning engagement more scientifically and accurately, this study uses the path of quantitative research to explore the structure of postgraduates’ learning engagement according to the normative procedure and use it for empirical analysis with large samples.The results show that the postgraduates’ learning engagement includes six factors: scientific research focus, knowledge development and practice, meta-cognitive monitoring, interactive communication, emotional input and professional will. The structure is well verified , which has good reliability and validity indicators. The total investment in postgraduates’ learning engagement in China is moderate, the male students are more active than the female students, and the overall level of learning engagement gradually increases with the increase of grades; the more the number of published papers or patents, the higher the investment in graduate students;the graduates with higher scholarships have higher learning engagement.According to the results of empirical research, specific suggestions for postgraduates’ learning investment are put forward.
