      工科院校是工程师的摇篮,高等工程教育重在为社会培养优秀工程技术人才。文章通过分析当前我国高等工程教育改革的背景,存在的主要问题与不足,国际高等工程教育的发展历程与经验等,给出了工程师职业视角下以工程能力和工程师职业素养为导向的工程技术人才培养的模式与路径,从而构建学生“基础扎实、思想朴实、为人诚实、工作踏实”的“四实”品行,培养具备面向未来的思考能力、面向需求的学习能力、面向实际的动手能力、面向问题的分析能力、面向工程的设计能力、面向工作的交流能力、面向社会的适应能力的“七能”工程素质。
英文摘要:
      Engineering colleges and universities are the cradle of training engineers. Higher engineering education focuses on training excellent engineering talents for the society. It is analyses in detail the background of the current reform of higher engineering education, the main problems and shortcomings of China's higher engineering education, the development process and experience of international higher engineering education, and probes into the reform of higher engineering education from the perspective of engineer's profession, which focuses on the cultivation of engineering ability and professional accomplishment. It also strengthens students' four-solid character of "plain thinking, honesty, solid foundation and solid work"; enables engineering graduates to have future-oriented thinking ability, demand-oriented learning ability, practical ability, problem-oriented analysis ability, engineering-oriented design ability and work-oriented, communication ability, social adaptability. Make graduate students grow into "seven-ability" engineers.
