      采用高温固相法合成了Sr2SiO4:xEu2+荧光粉. 使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和荧光分光光度计(PL)分析了Sr2SiO4:Eu2 荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性能. 结果表明:XRD谱中所有样品为β和α′-Sr2SiO4混合相,主相为β相,α′相为辅相.随着Eu2 浓度增大,β相向α′相转变.在310 nm激发下,所有样品的发射谱均在466 nm左右的宽蓝光区,在400 nm激发下发射光谱在位于532 nm左右的宽黄绿光区. 两个发射都来源于Eu2 部分取代Sr2SiO4晶格中两个不同的Sr格位,并且两个格位之间存在能量传递,导致两个发射带的存在.当Eu2 掺杂浓度为0.75﹪时,级联能量传递加剧,出现浓度猝灭现象.

      In this work, Sr2SiO4:xEu2+ phosphor was synthesized by the high temperature solid state reaction method. The crystal structure and photoluminescence properties were investigated with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and spectrophotometer (PL). The results showed that all samples were mixture of β and α′-Sr2SiO4 phase. β phase was dominant and followed by α′phase. With the increasing of Eu2 concentration, β phase transformed into α′ phase, the emission of all phosphors were broad blue emitting region peaked at 466 nm and yellowish-green emitting region peaked at 532 nm under the excitation of 310 and 400 nm, respectively. The results attributed to the partial substitution of Eu2 for two different Sr2 sites, and there was energy transfer between them, which led to two peaks in the emitting spectrum. When the concentration of Eu2 is 0.75﹪,cascade energy transfer became intensive and the concentration quenching occurred.
