      文章从学校定位出发,围绕工程素质训练,全面实施以“专业融通、理实融通、软硬融通、校企融通”(简称“四维融通”)为特色的应用型人才培养模式,建立电子电气类专业相互融合、资源共享的工程素质训练平台;创造性地将实验室文化建设与工程素质训练模式有机融合,实现了知识技能、工程素质及职业素养同步培养的目标.该模式在我校电类专业培养计划试点中已实施,取得了明显的效果.

      Beginning with the school’s positioning, around the quality of training, the training mode of applied talents was fully conducted featuring as the“ professional integration, theory and practice integration, software and hardware integration, schools and enterprises integration” (referred to as the “Four-dimension Integration”). The resource sharing platform of engineering quality with integration of electrical and electronic specialty was established. The laboratory culture construction was organic integrated with engineering quality training mode creatively, which achieved the goal of synchronous training of knowledge and skills, engineering quality and professionalism. The mode has been carried out in the experimental unit of electrical class professional training program and achieved obvious results.
