      人才培养是高等教育的根本使命,不断提高人才培养质量是高校追求的目标。准确评价一个专业的人才培养质量,需结合该专业的培养目标制定相匹配的评价指标体系,并通过选择科学的方法进行综合评价。在结合现有文献研究成果和安徽省普通本科高校专业评估考核指标的基础上,构建应用型本科高校物流管理专业人才培养质量评价指标体系,提出指标权重及指标赋值的模糊语言评价方法,并以安徽工程大学物流管理专业为例,演示人才培养质量评价的全过程,指出人才培养中存在的薄弱环节,分析其产生原因并提出改进建议。

      The personnel training is the fundamental mission of higher education. The eternal goal pursued by colleges and universities is constantly improving the quality of personnel training. To accurately evaluate the quality of personnel training in a major, it is necessary to formulate a matching evaluation index system combined with the training objectives of the major, and to carry out comprehensive evaluation by selecting scientific methods. The evaluation index system of the personnel training quality for logistics management specialty in applied universities was constructed based on combining the existing literature research results and the indexes system of professional evaluation in Anhui Universities. The fuzzy language evaluation method of index weight and index assignment were put forward. Taking the logistics management specialty of Anhui Polytechnic University as an example, the whole process of personnel training quality evaluation was demonstrated, and the weak links in the personnel training of logistics management professionals in Anhui Polytechnic University were pointed out. The causes were analyzed, and some improvement measures were put forward.
