      应用型本科院校法学专业学生实践能力不足的现象较为普遍,为此,构建“三维一体”实践能力培养模式是应用型本科院校法学专业人才培养的有效路径。各法学院校在培养学生实践能力过程中存在人才培养目标与岗位需要脱节、学生在三类课堂上实践锻炼不够的问题,对此,法学院校要制定与岗位职业标准相适应的人才培养目标,构建三类课堂,充分利用两类实践平台,以培养学生的实践能力。
英文摘要:
      The lack of practical ability of law majors in applied undergraduate universities is quite common. Therefore, it is an effective way to construct a “three-dimensional integration” practical ability training model to cultivate law major talents in applied undergraduate universities. In the process of training students’ practical ability, there are some problems such as the disconnection between the goal of training talents and the need of posts and the insufficient practice of students in three kinds of classes. As a result, the law schools should formulate the goal of training talents adapting to the occupational standards of posts, and fully cultivate students’ practical ability through the three kinds of classes, two kinds of teachers inside and outside schools, and two kinds of practice platforms.
