      基于空气质量视角,将空气质量的反映变量引入电力效率评价体系,运用DEA-BCC模型对安徽省16个市的电力消费效率进行实证研究,即将能源消耗伴随的非期望产出作为投入变量、将空气质量指标作为产出指标加入评价体系中,并利用主成分分析法对指标体系进行降维。实证发现:基于空气质量视角下的安徽省规上工业企业整体电力消费效率水平仍较低,且安徽省各市电力消费效率水平存在明显差异。
英文摘要:
      Based on the perspective of air quality perspective, taking air quality reflect variables of air quality into electrical energy efficiency evaluation system, using the model of DEA-BCC to research electric energy consumption efficiency of 16 Cities of Anhui, it means that taking energy consumption associated undesirable output as input indicators and the air quality index as output indicators add in evaluation system and using principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of index system. The research find that: the overall electrical energy consumption efficiency of industrialSenterprises aboveSdesignatedSsizeSin Anhui Province based on the perspective of air quality is still low, and the electric energy consumption efficiency levels throughout the city level show significant differences.
