      随着我国市场化、城市化的推进,民族文化承传之流遭遇前所未有的阻截,现代学校成为民族文化保护与传承前沿阵地。然而,当下学校教育与民族文化传承的研究与实践均呈“应然”与“实然”分离之态,传承实践收效甚微。这是长期对学校教育与民族文化传承基本问题的回避使然。因此,需要基于两者的本质及两者间天然关系,追根溯源:厘清文化在人类持续生命升华的意义;民族文化传承行为主体应多元化,非其所属民族独有之事,而是全人类之事;对学校教育的根本要素“人”的关怀,直面当下“教育竞争”现实,在传承内容上寻求学校教育与文化传承的共同诉求;探索学校教育与民族文化传承之间共生互补机制,和合教育与文化两者天然之姻缘。
英文摘要:
      with development of our country marketization and turbanization, minority cultural heritage is facing intercept of unprecedented , modern school have become the frontier of minority culture inheritance. However, so far, the research and practice of school education and the minority culture inheritance showed "should be" and "be" isolated and inheritance practices have little effect. This is because a long term of avoidance of basic problem. Therefore, it needs to exploration the relationship between education and cultural: Clarify the significance of the cultural diversity in human history; The inheritance behavior subject should be diversify; Fundamental elements of school education should be concerned, facing up to the present "education competition" reality, seek the common demand of school education and cultural inheritance; exploration the symbiosis mechanism between school education and the national culture inheritance, and marriage education and culture naturally.
